# DuoPlate

> DuoPlate is a free meal-plan and routine web app (PWA) for couples, made by NovusAI in Türkiye. Both partners share one menu, and each gets a portion sized to their own calorie target. It works in Turkish (default) and English, on the web, Android and iPhone, with no app store needed. It also works for one person.

Key facts:

- One shared 30-day Turkish menu, two portions: targets come from each person's height, weight, age and activity (Mifflin–St Jeor), for losing, keeping or gaining weight.
- Today timeline of meals and habits; the partner's ticks show live. Shared or personal habits (water, walks, meal prep, weigh-in) with push reminders.
- Shared shopping list built from the week's menu. In Türkiye each item links to Migros, Getir, Şok and CarrefourSA search (links only, no ordering inside the app).
- AI coach powered by Anthropic's Claude: changes the plan, habits and shopping list on request, by text or voice, accepts photos and PDFs, suggests restaurants and date spots nearby. Every change can be undone. The coach is opening gradually.
- Couple streaks, a weekly Sunday review, private weigh-in and body-measurement charts, private cycle tracking (only the phase is shared, and only if the user turns it on).
- Pricing (per duo, both partners share one plan, VAT included):
  - Free, ₺0: meal plan, portions, habits, reminders, shopping list, streaks, progress and cycle tracking with no limit; 15 AI coach messages a month.
  - Plus, ₺299 a month or ₺1,299 a year (coming soon, not on sale yet): everything in Free, 150 AI coach messages a month and an AI review of the week every Sunday.
- AI coach limits: one message = one thing the user sends, however big the request. The monthly messages are shared by both partners, reset on the 1st and don't carry over. Undo doesn't count. Daily caps per person: 80 messages, 20 attachments (3 per message, 5 MB each) and 20 place searches. The coach is currently opening by invitation.
- Privacy: health data is collected with explicit consent under KVKK/GDPR, kept owner-only, and can be downloaded or deleted.
- Not a medical product and gives no medical advice.
