DuoPlate, [LEGAL COMPANY NAME / ŞİRKET UNVANI] ([REGISTERED ADDRESS / ADRES]) tarafından sunulan, çiftler ve bireyler için yemek planı, rutin ve yapay zekâ koçu uygulamasıdır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz.

1. Satıcı

Sipariş süreci çevrimiçi satıcımız Paddle.com tarafından yürütülür. Paddle.com tüm siparişlerimizde yetkili satıcıdır (Merchant of Record) ve müşteri hizmetleri sorularını ve iadeleri yönetir.

2. Planlar

Ücretsiz plan: yemek planı, porsiyonlar, alışkanlıklar, hatırlatmalar ve alışveriş listesi. Plus: bunlara ek olarak her ay belirli sayıda yapay zekâ koçu mesajı ve haftalık değerlendirme. Plus bir ikili (siz ve partneriniz) içindir; tek abonelik iki üyeyi de kapsar. Fiyatlar ödeme ekranında ülkenize göre gösterilir ve vergiler dahildir.

3. Abonelik, yenileme ve iptal

Plus 7 günlük ücretsiz denemeyle başlar; deneme bitmeden iptal ederseniz ücret alınmaz. Sonra aylık veya yıllık olarak otomatik yenilenir. İstediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Aboneliği yönet bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz; erişiminiz ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. Ödeme alınamazsa Paddle tekrar dener; başarısız olursa hesabınız ücretsiz plana döner.

4. İade

5. Sağlık uyarısı

DuoPlate ve koçu genel beslenme ve yaşam tarzı rehberliği sunar; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi değildir. Gebelik, kronik hastalık, yeme bozukluğu veya ilaç kullanımında bir doktora danışın. Hedefler güvenli alt sınırların altına inmez.

6. Kullanım kuralları

Hesabınızı başkalarıyla paylaşmayın, hizmeti kötüye kullanmayın, otomatik araçlarla zorlamayın ve yasa dışı içerik girmeyin. Koç yalnızca DuoPlate ile ilgili konularda yardım eder.

7. Sorumluluk

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak yasal haklarınız saklıdır.

DuoPlate is a meal-plan, routine and AI-coach app for couples and individuals, provided by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME / ŞİRKET UNVANI] ([REGISTERED ADDRESS / ADRES]). By using it you accept these terms.

1. Seller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Plans

Free: meal plan, portions, habits, reminders and shopping list. Plus: everything in Free, a monthly allowance of AI coach messages and a weekly review. Plus is per duo (you and your partner): one subscription covers both members. Prices are shown in your country's currency at checkout and include applicable taxes.

3. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Plus starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. After that it renews automatically every month or year. Cancel any time in Settings → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, Paddle retries; if it keeps failing, the duo returns to the Free plan.

4. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Details: Refund policy.

5. Health notice

DuoPlate and its coach give general nutrition and lifestyle guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See a doctor if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an eating disorder, or take medication. Targets never go below safe minimums.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share your account, abuse or overload the service, use it for anything unlawful, or try to make the coach act outside DuoPlate. The coach only helps with DuoPlate topics.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Changes, law and contact
